4. Pricing & Payments All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. We accept a variety of secure payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD). ALURA does not store any payment information — all online transactions are processed securely through Razorpay's payment gateway.

5. Shipping & Delivery We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery timelines may be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, public holidays, or logistical challenges. ALURA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been handed over for delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds We accept refund requests only for items that are visibly damaged or defective upon receipt. To raise a request, please email us at hello@aluratheedit.in within 3 days of delivery, along with an unboxing video as proof. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For COD orders, bank account details will be requested to process the refund.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including the ALURA brand name, logo, product photographs, descriptions, and design elements — is the exclusive property of ALURA. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
