Refund policy
At ALURA, every piece is carefully inspected and packed before it leaves our hands. However, if your order arrives visibly damaged or defective, we're here to make it right.
To be eligible for a refund, we request that you record an unboxing video of the sealed package and its contents at the time of delivery. This helps us understand the condition in which your order arrived and allows us to provide you with the best possible support.
Please write to us at hello@aluratheedit.in within 3 days of receiving your order, along with the unboxing video and a brief description of the issue. Requests raised after this window, or without the required video, will not be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will reach out to you for your bank account details to process the refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
