2. Order Processing & Dispatch All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 working days from the date of purchase. Orders are not dispatched on public holidays or Sundays. During peak seasons or sale periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience.

3. Shipment Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details and courier information. You can use these details to monitor your shipment in real time. If you face any issues with tracking, feel free to reach out to us.

6. Delivery Timeline Delivery timelines may vary depending on your delivery address and the courier partner assigned to your order. As a general estimate, orders are delivered within 4–7 working days after dispatch. Remote or rural locations may require additional time. ALURA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Incorrect Address Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. ALURA will not be held responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged in Transit In the rare event that your order arrives damaged due to transit, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
